Service Description

A comprehensive Audit is when we come in and look at your business model and operations and assess what can change to maximize profits and productivity. This is primarily for businesses already operational with at least 1-2 years experience. This process takes 1-2 weeks of Data collections, analysis and consulting. Our initial in office meeting time is two hours; followed by a close out session which is one hour.
