Repair Program — Client Intake Instructions Please complete every question on this form in full. Due to high client volume, we're unable to begin work on your profile until all fields are answered completely and accurately. This is a 90-day program that includes: A full review of your credit accounts and history, personalized dispute letters (each one referencing the credit law that applies to your specific situation), and two rounds of dispute letters included in your fee. If an account can't be removed, your fee also covers settlement letters, which typically negotiate debts down to 10–25% or less of what's owed. Please read carefully before getting started: Double-check that your name, email, and phone number are entered correctly. Once we build your credit repair plan, you'll have 24 hours to pay your invoice. All documents will be mailed to you for a hard (physical) signature, and they're custom-built to match your credit profile, so it's important that the information you provide is accurate. You should also be prepared to discuss your credit history, address, and Social Security number, as this information is necessary for the process to work. Privacy and what we do: Before we begin, all clients sign a confidentiality agreement — at McDavid Marketing, we take client privacy seriously. We provide guidance on budgeting, credit repair, and credit building. We do not offer illegal services or "credit report wiping." One more important note: each credit bureau reviews disputes independently, so results can vary between them. For example, an account might be removed from Experian and TransUnion but remain on Equifax.
